This was our third time working with Pete, and we continue to be absolutely blown away by his professionalism. He is truly the best in the business. Pete previously helped us sell an investment property and buy the home we currently live in (a new build that we still LOVE!!). We decided to sell our other investment property when our renters bought a home of their own, and we are thrilled with the entire process and outcome of the sale. Pete was incredible to work with. He was attentive, responsive and very diligent. He provided sound guidance to us on things that we needed to focus on to get top dollar for our property, and things that we could save time and money by not worrying about. We are pleased to say that we had three offers on our home within 24 hours of listing it and we ended up selling for above our asking price. Pete even had some backup offers for the home. Throughout the process Pete was communicative and such a pleasure to work with. We are extremely grateful to have such a fantastic realtor who we also consider a friend. Pete was an excellent realtor that quickly determined what our needs were for finding a home in a difficult market. He was very diligent in keeping us informed throughout the real estate process and always was prepared to address many issues that arose from a difficult seller so we could get to closing and purchase our new home. He worked with selling agent, lender staff and Title Company to complete the many steps so we could close on time and finish our transition to our new home when our furniture arrived. Even though the process did not go as smoothly as we would have liked, Pete was always prepared and ready to address the next steps and protect our interests for the purchase of our home.
