Pete Radeka is a consummate professional. We have worked with Pete since moving to Tampa in 2009 and used his services for three home sales/purchases. During this last home sale, Pete proffered a strategy for us to consider, and it worked exactly as he predicted. We set the price as he suggested and got a cash buyer in two days for 30k over asking. We were ecstatic. We closed on the day set, and Pete also helped us find a condo to rent close to my work which was the original impetus for wishing to move. Lest one assume that anyone could have sold a house like that in this climate, I offer the following comparison (personal information, e.g. competing realtor's name, not included): house nearby went on the market at the same time. After one week it was marked as "pending." Two weeks later, it was back on the market. Two to three weeks later it was ultimately marked pending again at a price nearly 100k below list price. During that time, the prior owners had more work done on the house at considerable expense. Pete gave us his suggestions of what should be done to prepare the house for the market, and we followed them to the letter. Our sale required no further expenditures as he nailed it from the beginning. In short - Pete is professional, his market research is thorough and impressive, his list of support folks from power washers to movers is spot on - great line up, and he's an all-around good human being. Several realtors in our neighborhood when told we were working with Pete all said the same thing: "You're in great hands."
