We truly could not have asked for a better experience than working with Pete Radeka. When we knew we were ready to buy a single family home together, our first joint property as a married couple, we decided to go with a new build and sell one of our investment properties. Pete was by our side all along the way. He did an incredible job selling our townhouse, with an offer in LESS than 24 HOURS! During the process, he made absolutely wonderful recommendations for getting the most out of our investment and renovations that needed to be made, he was an advocate for us, gave us great guidance in pricing our home to appraise and sell, and helped to make the entire process as seamless as possible. The new build process took nearly one year to the day of signing the contract, and there was not one major meeting that Pete missed. He read through our entire contract with us, made sure we were covered for anything important, came to our "meet the builder" meeting, was there for each and every walk through and meeting, and sat by our side as we closed on our home. He was extremely responsive to us at all hours of the day and days of the week, and we always felt that he had our best interests at heart. Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful, yet exciting, things you can share as a couple/family, and we decided to do both at once. Thanks to Pete, it was a very enjoyable experience and he helped ease much of that stress. We honestly have never worked with a realtor like Pete before, and will wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone and everyone that we can. Anyone would be lucky to have the chance to work with Pete, and we are so fortunate to have him in our life.
