She was very helpful and straight forward with the sale of my home. Brigittia was also selected due to her outstanding service and advice during my refinance proceeding in 2020 whereas Brigittia was assigned as closing agent and advisor. She even went as far as helping me find a new realtor in the new area and state I moved to after I sold my home. She is a professional in every aspect of the real estate business. She would respond quickly if we sent her a text message or called her at any time of day or evening. Top notch customer service! Carol Frier is a top notch realtor and I would say that even if she wasn't my sister-in-law. We just had our closing on our new house and everything went very smoothly. Carol really looks after her buyers......she stayed in constant communication with us and always followed up to make sure everything was in order. We're now Carol's sellers and waiting for the closing on our current home and, once again, Carol is looking our for her sellers. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is more than happy to assist any time day or night. She even picked up boxes for us and delivered them. I always recommend Carol to anyone I know who is buying or selling a home. She's great!!!
