From the beginning when Mr. Jaxheimer was referred to me, he was excellent with his approach; knowing when to contact without being pushy and when to back off and wait for feedback from us. Bill was fabulous in his ability to followup; knowing exactly when to engage with information or resources necessary to keep the process moving. He was always there for us; given that we live out of state and could not always match his availability -- he made himself available when ever we could get to Florida. He was patient, professional, guided us thru what, otherwise, could have been a very difficult process for us.
