This has been our third experience working with Brenda Rider. When we moved to Florida from Virginia, we had no idea where to begin to look for a new home. Brenda really took the time to educate us on Tampa living - especially with two teenage children - she really took the time to get to know us and to help us find not just ANY home but the RIGHT home for us at the time. Two years later, because of a job change - our original home no longer met our needs. We called Brenda again. We had very specific requirements at the time and did not want to relocate our children from their current school. Our home sold within two days and Brenda helped us to find just the right place for our transition. The entire process was seamless! So, when we were unexpectedly faced with another life transition there was no one else we would have called but Brenda. We sold our home and purchased the next RIGHT home for our needs. Most people don't need to change addresses as much as we have had to - and when life throws those curve balls, the stress is hard enough without having to deal with real estate issues on top of it all. Brenda has always helped us to make seamless moves - right moves - and has demonstrated the kind of care and attention of a good, trusted friend. We value Brenda Rider - both intellectually and emotionally - she really knows her stuff AND she really cares. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Brenda Rider sets the standard for a realtor that is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and always available for questions. Buying or selling a house can be an emotional and crazy time. Brenda provides the "calm", the steady, stabile force that holds it all together! I couldn't imagine buying or selling a home without her. (In fact, we have now used Brenda and Florida Executive Reality to buy 2 homes and sell 2 homes. NO regrets! People are doing themselves a disservice by going with any other realtor or company!

I could not ask for a better experience or better realtors. I have sold 2 houses, purchased 3 with Jennifer & Anthony. Each time I look at moving, the only realtors that I consider are Jennifer and Anthony Sparacino. Their experience in real estate provides me with comfort as they know the ins, outs, and challenges that may be encountered. They are pro-active! I know and understand each step of the process, they check in to see how my personal tasks are coming along (packing, setting up utilities, etc.), and they offer advice and/or assistance to all aspects. The number one reason that I keep coming back to Jennifer and Anthony is that, whether buying or selling, they 100% partner with me. Each transaction isn't just a business transaction to them - they genuinely treat each one as if it were their own. They look at it from the client's perspective and advise as such. This is so very important to me. My current home was bought with a contingency - the seller asked that the home I owned be listed within 3 days - this felt like a daunting task - but both Jennifer and Anthony said "no problem" we can make it happen. It is that type of partnership, that I need when taking on such large, life changing events.
