April did a fantastic job for my wife and I. We contacted her on a Thursday and she set up 4 showings for us to visit the following day. We made an offer and she walked us thru every stage of the process until we closed, keeping us informed in real time of every detail. Then when we sold our house, she handled and smoothed every issue from inspection to appraisal to get us top dollar and a fast closing. She really went the extra mile for us and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

We've bought and sold more houses than we ever thought we would. All of them have been stressful and too much work - except for this last, with April Barra. At every step of the process, she was there to help with very sound advice, spot-on price negotiation, plus even physical labor - super-welcome when we were especially tired. She asked questions of the mortgage company, our house buyer's realtor and our house builder that we hadn't thought about, and which resulted in money savings and reduced stress. She showed up at our new house closing with an armload of supplies that saved us from an immediate trip to the store. I could go on, but you get the idea; she's the best.

April was so very helpful. She made the relocation process so easy. This was our 5th relocation move. I can't say enough about how she walked through the process with us and made sure everything was done from start to finish. Would answer texts & e-mails promptly. April understood or timeframe and worked around our schedule. I can't say enough about how professional, and easy it was to work with her especially during the Covid 19 chaos. April went above and beyond for us after our purchase and we got home and had questions about the house, she actually met the sellers at the home, so she could take pictures of the things we had questions on. Then after we moved in, and were settled in, we had some questions on somethings about the house, and she contacted the sellers for us. I wouldn't work with anyone else but April!!
