He was extremely responsive to our needs and performed prompt follow-up on even minor concerns. Working with Dave Maks has been amazing! When purchasing our home (5 years ago) he guided these two first time homebuyers through the very complicated process of buying a home. He knows everything about the process which made it very easy for us to follow his guidance and get the deal done. Fast forward five years later when we want to rent out that home and once again, Dave Maks was there for us. Within seven days of sending him an email saying that we wanted to rent out the house... we had a well-qualified renter that wanted the house fully furnished at our asking price... that is exactly the deal we wanted!
