Connor was a great realtor. We kept changing our mind on what we wanted and he never got frustrated and kept showing us property that fit our criteria. He was always on time for any showings and once an offer was made he had creative suggestions for negotiations and was very helpful through and past closing (helping with referrals for example and checking in to make sure we liked the place and asking if we needed anything) Would highly recommend. Definitely brings an enthusiasm and a work ethic that is too often lacking. A pleasure to work with and would have no hesitation in recommending this professional realtor. His UF degree did seem to give him additional insight and professionalism to a degree that I have not recently encountered in a realtor.

Connor has been really great to work with. I have a very tough schedule to work around and he's made himself available during hours that worked for me. He is very personable and used his expertise to make my first time buying a home as seamless as possible. Even though the buying process is over, he continues to go above and beyond and remains in touch with home owner tips and remodeling recommendations. Will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family!
