It's so good to have a realtor who is knowledgeable, about how difficult it is to obtain a property in Florida at this time. David got back to me quickly whenever I had a question, and especially when we had three different people bidding on the property. In this market you need somebody who's with it, at the last second somebody made $1,000 difference bid that could have cost me the whole property. If David hadn't got back to me so quickly I would have definitely lost the property. You need somebody who's hungry to close on a property in Florida unless you just have thousands of dollars cash lying around.
