Dave Maks is the man. Patient, knows the area, quickly understands what your want in a home, provides pro's and con's of any home you are considering. He took videos and pictures of our home during construction. We've never had anyone do this. I will absolutely call him first for any future real estate needs.

Background - We are a small family with an 8 month old child moving to the Tampa area with no knowledge of it. We were paired with Dave Maks from Florida Executive Realty and we won the lottery in that regard. Dave Maks has to be the best realtor you can hope to work with! SERVICE - He exceeded our high expectations in every way . We started our home search in January 2022 and despite the crazy market Dave made us feel like we were his top priority. Despite circumstances preventing us from finding the right home for a year Dave continued to be present and give updates on the market and homes we were interested in. Even weeks after closing he checks in and offers to help with moving needs, using his truck for items. LESSON LEARNED -You will not find a more devoted and attentive realtor. KNOWLEDGE - Dave has been in the area and a local realtor for over 27 years. He knew absolutely everything about every location we went, what shops were available, the hidden nuances where traffic would be high, the events the community would have during holidays and how schools were and WHY they were great or with challenges. Then of course inside each neighbood and home he knew every detail about a home he could look at something and know not just the type but details only a seasoned realtor could know, for example the flooring in every home he could tell you what type it was, when wood, how it was treated and even tell when it was installed (many cases he could see the tile shape and size) and know exactly the decade when it was put in) how many years were left on a roof or appliances or pool equipment. It was like having the builder give you a tour of each home. When we found our home he was able to find every deficiency or item needing to be addressed and has a wealth of contacts for addressing them! LESSON LEARNED - Choose a realtor like Dave who didn't hop into the market during the hot streak but has a lifetime of knowledge and experience and a true passion for the work. We can't thank Dave and Florida Executive Realty enough. We never would have found such a perfect home and had such a comfortable buying experience where we knew we were getting the best deal and our interests truly looked after! -- The Woolfolks

Dave Maks is a true real estate professional and we are so grateful to have him as our realtor when we purchased our dream home. We met Dave over a year ago and spent time looking for the perfect home throughout the Tampa Bay area and each time Dave provided real value and assistance with not only searching for the right home but making sure that we understand each step of the way from submitting an offer to home inspections and all the way to the closing. We are 100% recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and especially to military and their families. As an active duty family, it's especially difficult to move to a new area and find a home so having a good realtor and their knowledge is so important.
