I met with Dave Maks from Florida Executive Realty in February of 2019 and told him that I'd like to sell my house with a closing date toward the end of May. He recommended some things to get the house ready to sell and we were able to put the house on the Market the 2nd week of April. During the first week on the market we received numerous showings with multiple offers. By the end of the 1st week we accepted an offer with a closing date of May 28th which was right when I wanted to close when I first spoke to Mr. Maks in February. Mr. Maks worked hard to get us the best price for our house and ensured that all items were addressed so that we were able to close on May 28th. My opinion is that Mr. Maks is the best in the business. Very Professional and Very Knowledgeable. Answered all questions asked and responded to emails, text, and phone calls quickly. I highly recommend Mr. Dave Maks to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
