Having Mrs. Strom as our realtor has been an absolute blessing, specially in a very tough seller's market with low inventory and fierce competition. She was extremely professional, punctual, and worked extremely hard (and overtime) not only to find us a great property but also to get our offers accepted. It's taken me a while to try and put into words how I feel about Dee. She takes her role as a realtor way past the expectations of someone helping you buy or sell your home. When I purchased my home with Dee she was absolutely amazing! You will be able to trust that she will deliver accurate and timely information through the entire process. She will fight to make sure you are treated fairly and give her honest opinion even if it's not what you want to hear. Where Dee really showed her true colors was after the sell. I had issues with my new build and was getting no help from the builder. I reached out to Dee and she immediately reached out to the builder and got things handled! It felt really good knowing that even though she had made her sell and could have easily washed her hands of the situation, she fought for me. Over the next 3 years I found myself in a position where I had to sell the new home I purchased. With having little to no equity in the property, trying to sell would leave me out of pocket thousands of dollars. Again, expecting nothing, Dee was right there for me to bounce ideas off and talk through the situation over the years. After 3 years we were finally in a position to sell. Dee had the house on the market in a matter of days! Had multiple offers and was able to close within about 25 days! I will forever be thankful to have met and worked with Dee. Thank you Dee so much!

Dee was extremely helpful in guiding us through the entire selling process. She is very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate market. Dee took away most of the anxiety that comes with selling a home, by answering many of the unknowns of selling a home. Her follow-up and attention to detail was excellent. If you looking for a realator that's on time, reliable, honest and on point Dee strom is the realator for you. Dee has the knowledge and experience to get you into a new or used Home . Dee has a team that's second to none (Breanne)..we met with a couple of realators before coming across Florida executive realty and have to say thank god we found this team! We purchased a new home after looking at some resale's that dee showed us and before we made any decisions dee showed us some beautiful new community's in the same area for just about the same money but got so much more. Some advice if buying a new home have dee on your side when dealing with the builder and sales people. We live out of state and dee was literally on our side from the day we put a deposit till the day we closed. Dee would check on the status of the build by showing up to the site during the week and weekends yes weekends followed up with pictures every time. Dee would check on the house on a Sunday (wow) that's a great realator. Dee is a classy smart professional that has your best needs at hand. Thank you dee for all your help and support.

Dee isn't only a great realtor, but a wonderful advisor as well. I won't say much, the facts will: - We listed the house on a Wednesday and sold it on the Saturday (only 3 days on the market) - when she came to talk to my wife and I, she told us what she would recommend on the high end of selling our home, and the appraisal from the sellers came to same number! - Finally, she found out future home in less than 30 days, and my wife and I are very picky!!!! It's an honor to have her now as a friend.
