Dee is extremely professional, answers to questions and concerns very quickly, always has clients' interest as a priority. She is always on top of everything, for example paperwork requiring signature, etc. She definitely makes the process of buying or selling a home very smoothly, witj no room for any future questions/concerns. Where do we begin, first there are not enough stars to show how great of a realtor Dee is. Very personable made the entire process feel like we were apart of her family. She is very knowledgable about every detail of the housing market. Helps you through the entire process, does not push you to make decisions but gives you all the information needed to make the best decision for you. Communication was top notch throughout the entire process. Not only is she the best realtor in Tampa , she is THE BEST in Florida. During the inspection process she knew exactly where to look and pointed out small details no one would think of . Showed great patience through the crazy housing market with price inflation. If you are looking for that one review that makes you choose a realtor, use this one. Thank you again Dee for all your help.
