Regarding 4726 Ridge Point Dr. I don't know where to begin with my experience using Dee Strom as my realtor. It was an easy choice after speaking with several people who had previously bought or sold their homes with her. First and foremost, she helped us purchase our dream home! Dee excels in negotiations--she secured a new roof and a water heater for us, and she even negotiated almost $3,000 due to the condition in which the sellers left the home after the final walk-through. This just proves that she never stopped working to get us the best possible deal, even after our contract was signed. I was truly blown away by her hard work and how exceptional she is at her job. Now that we have a new home, I needed to sell my current one as soon as possible. Dee remained unfazed by the slower market, the holiday season, the election season, and even two hurricanes that struck while she was listing my home. She did an outstanding job marketing my property across various websites and social media platforms. We had almost 20 showings over one weekend and received multiple offers within just a few days! Dee managed to negotiate an offer above our asking price, and she closed the deal in just a matter of days. Again, I was amazed at how well she handled this process and secured the most money for my property. I wish I could give her 10 stars for her dedication, incredible negotiation skills, professionalism, and overall experience. I will be recommending her to anyone and everyone in the market. If you are looking for the total package look no further than Dee Strom. Dee represented my wife and I as both a seller and buyer agent. We signed a contract on a new construction build just before the Corona virus pandemic hit. To say we were a bit nervous about that is an understatement, but Dee took care of our every need and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Her professionalism was through the roof. She made herself available to us 24/7. Her knowledge about the local housing market was on point. She took the time to sit down with us and explain the comp market in our area and what we should expect as not only a seller but also as a buyer. We couldn't have asked for better communication. Dee was there with us every step of the process and really took on the "burden" of buying/selling a home. All we had to worry about was packing! I'd also like to mention the fantastic customer service we've received since we moved into our new home. Dee followed up with us multiple times to make sure we were getting settled in and to make sure we knew that she was still there for us if we had any questions/concerns. She also provided us with the resources to file for Homestead. Dee Strom's service is one of a kind. Her professionalism, communication, and expertise are immeasurable.
