As a first time home buyer, I am so glad that Jay was my realtor! There were a lot of little things that popped up throughout the process that I did not understand and Jay was always available and willing to talk through my questions. As we started going through homes I felt like I learned something knew each time - Jay was great about pointing out aspects to look for when doing the walk throughs which lead me to be confident in my decision to put in an offer. Overall, 10/10 and will be recommending to everyone I know that is looking to buy/sell.

It was both a pleasure and educational to work with Hazel during my home search. Besides being a lovely person to interact with, she made sure to introduce me to different parts of town, pointing out pros and cons of each location. Being new to the area, I had limited knowledge about different sections of town and so I appreciated being exposed to different options and then being able to narrow down my search. She was well informed about the area, different financing and negotiation options and as a result I was able to find a wonderful home that I loved.

I had the wonderful good fortune of being connected with Hazel and Ken Karnig when my husband and I were looking to relocate to the Tampa area. In 2005, we began our search while living in Gainesville. The Karnigs took my list of preferences and provided me with MLS listings to sift through to get a better idea of the style of home we might be interested in. They were ever so patient, showing us different areas and being flexible with my traveling work schedule. We finally settled on a new build in Zephyrhills and have been here the past 19 years. Hazel and Ken provided more than a service, they truly care about you beyond being an "in the moment" client. They have reached out through the mail, for many years hosting an annual New Year's Egg roll party for past and current clients, friends and relatives. Hazel has become a dear friend over the years and I highly recommend their services. They provide information that is useful, interesting and occasionally humorous while keeping us informed about real estate trends and national class action suits. I am reaching out to the Karnigs to get their perspective and understanding of a remediation with a former mortgage lender. Hazel and Ken are the best!

I can't believe there is a better agent in the entire state of Florida than Dave. Dave approaches his job as an agent as if he were planning a military exercise! He had answers to questions we didn't know we had! Dave handled all aspects of our relocation with confidence and compassion. This was really evident when the purchase agreement had to be renegotiated several times. My wife Donna and I were literally dealing with some nut jobs buying our home in South Carolina which affected our purchasing agreement here. Dave kept everyone calm and was able to difffuse a very hectic and emotional situation. Then when our home inspection revealed some problems here, Dave was on top of getting inspectors out to get the problems fixed. His people skills are exceptional. I would definitely recommend Dave as an agent for anyone who needs a great realtor who treats clients as a good friend. They will be glad they did.
