Working with Josh on helping us find a home has been such a great experience, we are currently living in Kansas and were very worried that the process of finding a home without living in that state would be too much of a headache but Josh has gone above and beyond to make sure that the process is as seamless as it can be for us and we're so very thankful. Josh is absolutely amazing! We have worked with multiple realtors in the past but Josh is easily our favorite. Not only does he go the extra mile for us but he TRULY cares about helping us find what we're looking for and really made us feel understood. He is down to earth, genuine, knowledgeable and has a great personality! He understands the market very well and answered all of our questions! We had a great time whenever we were with him and he always provided us with pristine detail of each property that we had looked at together. We highly recommend Josh Castle and will gladly be keeping him as our realtor for the future!

We came from out of state so he picked us up from the hotel, drove us around and even took care of our lunch bill. re: 4908 Edisto Ct. Pete is a realtor extraordinaire, a true master in the real estate business. His professionalism and knowledge of the area from the very first time we contacted him was five-star. Not only did he find us Lakewood Ranch to build our new home, he walked us through the entire process of the building a home in Florida. After suggesting the perfect community, Pete helped us find the right north/south facing lot. Being out of state, he walked the property all during the building phases with us (and sometimes we were there on his iPad), taking pictures for our records. He was always in contact with the builder asking updates on our behalf. Pete also recommended great references for very professional after-closing contractors to complete some additions for us. We would highly recommend calling Pete for any real estate need. He knows the area, the laws, the real estate market and the quality builders. We cannot thank Pete enough!
