In July of this year, my wife and I decided to put our home up for sale. The last time we bought or sold a home was over 33 years ago. Our agent Dave Maks was incredible. So many things have changed in real estate over the last 33 years. Dave provided excellent guidance and support to both of us. He provided his professional input on how to prepare our home and most importantly he was always there to help us when several issues a rose. We always felt confident that Dave had our best interests in mind. He was an excellent communicator with every detail making us feel very comfortable with what was happening. We can't say enough about Dave Maks professionalism and knowledge of real estate issues and procedures. We would highly recommend Dave Maks to represent anyone who is interested in selling or buying a home.
