When my wife's elderly parents asked us to help them sell their house in Tampa Palms, we called Kristy Darragh and we are so glad that we did. Not having sold a house previously, we quickly came to appreciate Kristy's meticulous process and continuous communication from the first meeting through closing. Kristy came to the first meeting equipped with bound research on my in-laws' home, our neighborhood, and the greater New Tampa market. She explained in detail her support for a recommended listing price and her strategy for brining the home to market. She helped us ready the home for listing and virtually staged it with up to date furnishings. Once the home was listed, we quickly had multiple offers as expected and this is where Kristy's knowledge and experience really came to the fore. Kristy explained the nuanced differences between the offers and helped us select the one that had the highest probability of closing and closing quickly. We accepted the offer that we felt was the best fit and was contingent only on a satisfactory inspection. When the prospective buyer's inspector produced a report that ran nearly 100 pages, Kristy and her team kicked into high gear. Kristy quickly had a tradesman engaged to address every issue - from a handyman to an electrician, plumber, painter, and even someone that specialized in water intrusion. We cannot overstate how appreciative we are of the exceptional support Kristy and her team provided as we sold our home in Tampa. From the beginning Kristy patiently provided her insight, guidance, and expertise every step of the way so that we understood what to expect and so that we could make informed decisions. We had answers to every question within minutes and we knew those answers were given gladly. Kristy and her team could not have been friendlier or more engaging. Frankly our home was on the lower end of the scale from Kristy's norm. But never once did we feel as though we were any less important than her million-dollar clients. From the minute Kristy walked through our front door, we knew she was the realtor for us. She made some suggestions for things to do before pictures were taken, then showed us other available and recently sold homes in our neighborhood. The presentation she created was outstanding. On the day the house went on the market we had 13 requests for showings, 7 of which were for that day. By the end of the day, we had 2 offers, one of which was above the asking price. From the point we accepted the offer, we were kept informed of the process and given any assistance we needed to make sure the closing went off without a hitch. Needless to say, we would highly recommend Kristy and her team.

Recently my wife and I decided to relocate from Tampa to Texas, in order to live nearer to some of our family. We met with Kristy and discussed how we we would market our Tampa house and were blown away by the extensive research she provided on the Tampa Palms market (recent and historical sales, current listings, number of homes on the market, etc..). While most of this info was what one should expect from a Realtor, Kristy went beyond what was expected by providing in depth knowledge on particular attributes and insights of the market and comparable properties that went beyond the expected and added real value to our decision making process. This was particularly so with respect to exactly how and when we would go to market, and included a step by step strategy for maximizing value. The results speak for themselves. We decided to list the home three days before Christmas at a price much higher than we originally expected (based on Kristy's research that there were very few homes for sale in our market area and that buyer demand was high). We sold our home in 2 days for full price, and for call cash, with limited contingencies. I should add that a major factor contributing to our success was Kristy's team. Unlike other real estate agents, Kristy has a team supporting her that allows her customers to be served at a level unmatched. The service level was "above and beyond" consistently (even when Kristy was out of the country around the Xmas holidays). As a couple, we have bought and sold more than 15 homes in our lives. This selling experience was the best we have ever received from a residential Realtor. Thank you, Kristy Darraugh and team!

Kristy Darragh is the best thing that can happen to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home period! Her insite and understanding of the real estate/mortgage markets within this area is second to none. Our experience was just great. Her attention to detail is remarkable. Heck, the visual tour she commissioned drew people so fast for showings we had a buyer in two weeks. This was all done while competing in the worst real estate market in the past 40 years.
