Kristy is a true professional, very knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to work with. She offered great insight, and was always available when we needed her. Her assistants, Jace and Toni were also amazing. We didn't get the chance to interact with her very long, because she sold our home so quickly! We would highly recommend her and her team!

Kristy knows the market she serves well. She arrived at our first meeting with an excellent analysis of comparable homes sold in our area. She is responsive to requests and she is motivated. Fortunately, our home sold in only one day. Everything from that point was handled efficiently and professionally by Kristy and her support staff.

Kristy was instrumental in the selling of our house. From the beginning she impressed us with her knowledge of the market and what we needed to do attract buyers. The house was a challenge to market because of its size, condition and location. Large house in nice neighborhood that was in need of a lot of renovation. She handled the negotiations with a couple of potential buyers, one of which was very difficult to deal with. We were able to attract a buyer that made us a fair offer and handled all of the contract details through closing. Kristy always responded to my calls and emails promptly. Kristy is a skilled real estate agent and we highly recommend her.

I never write reviews but Kristy earned our 5 star review. From start to finish, we had the easiest home sale imaginable. She came prepared with extensive research for our first meeting and provided invaluable staging advice. She is at the top of her game ... powerful, confident, a master negotiator, knowledgeable and backed by a dedicated team that delivered services beyond anything that I had imagined. She is available 24/7 and can handle any issue that arises. She could teach a master class on real estate sales. We ended up with 8 offers in the first 5 days and sold our home in record time. We are overjoyed and cannot recommend her enough. Bravo !!

Choosing Kristy as our listing agent is a wise decision. We started our research among the top listing agents in Tampa area. We found Kristy the most selling listing agent in Tampa Palms, where our home locates. After talking to several agents (including Kristy), she is the one who knows our community best. And also, she showed her confidence in selling our house with professional analysis. We got multiple offers on the first day, all of the offers are strong. Although, we never met, it's a long distance cooperation, we are very pleased with Kristy and her team's work. I would say thank you to her and definitely recommend her to our neighbors and friends!!!

Best realtor in the area and couldn't recommend anyone higher. Kristy is the most ethical, honest, hardworking, and knowledgeable real estate agent we have encountered. I would highly recommend Kristy to anyone selling or buying a house.
