She made time for us to go through the house and made hard but valuable suggestions to get us from thinking about selling, to staging, marketing, selling and SOLD! She know what prospective buyers are looking for and at and how to make that a sellers advantage. Her expertise and guidance were what we needed. Kristy is the Realtor to use if you live in the New Tampa area. We have sold several homes in other states, and have never seen a listing presentation like Kristy provides. She comes prepared with area comps that relate to your home along with all the materials she will use in the listing / showing of your home. Our home sold within a day of being listed at our asking price. Kristy and her team (Brandy and Amanda) always responded to calls and messages when we had a question. We would not hesitate to use Kristy again, and highly recommend her as a Realtor.
