We have completed four home transactions with Kristy Darragh and her team now. Both purchases and selling homes. Prior to these deals we had worked with other realtors therefore we are knowledgeable and experienced in the process. Without a doubt the Darragh team is the best around. In particular, you can reach Ms Darragh or her team, they listen and find solutions to any issues that arise, professional in every way, watch out for their customers best interest, and deliver on their commitments. We would be happy to share our experiences with others if asked and are grateful to have found such friendly, kind, and considerate realtor.

Kristy provided invaluable expertise of the local housing market, and has exceptional negotiating skills and understanding of the many issues involved within real estate transactions. We were totally pleased with her service when we sold our home recently in Tampa, FL. Her knowledge of the local market helped us to price the home correctly, and we had 3 offers within a matter of only several days! I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a capable real estate professional.

Kristy Darragh Is an outstanding real estate agent. The Zillow Company is fortunate to add Kristy in your staff. I have known Miss Darragh for 10 years. She sold my house in Tampa Palms; was involve with the purchase of my home at Live Oak subdivision, and this month closed the sale of this home.

Kristy and her assistant Brandy were a pleasure to work with during the process of selling my home. They were both easy to get a hold of if I had any questions and concerns. Kristy also did a great job with my listing and choosing pictures that would best showcase my home.

I cannot say enough good things about Kristy. This was my first time selling a home and she walked me through each process every step of the way. She provided realistic expectations from the start and thanks to her team's large network my home was under contract in no time. I was selling from out of state and I had peace of mind knowing that if anything came up they were able to help get it taken care with no impact to my schedule.

Please allow me to establish some credibility with all readers! I have bought and sold 7 homes in 5 states, and 1 in a foreign country. Florida Executive Realty, owned by Mrs. Kristy Darragh, using a 5 star rating system, deserves 10 stars!!Mrs. Darragh is a wonder at her job and is the most knowledgeable, market savvy, enthusiastic, trustworthy, competent, and aggressive agent in her field, bar none!!!I would doubt that a better, more proficient Real Estate Agent exists in this country. Her staff is better prepared, better than competent, better than efficient, far better than any other R.E. Staff I have ever utilized. Always on time, always on point, solid, and as near perfect as possible. Florida Executive RealtyTowers over all of their competitors, and you can be certain that you have engaged the very best.

Kristy, is the most honest and professional realtor we have dealt with. We have owed and sold 9 homes through other realtors. When we bought our home she was the selling agent. Due to her skills and acumen, when we decided to sell our home Kristy was the only person we felt would be the perfect realtor to sell our home. Once we put it on the market it sold in 8 days! We would highly recommend her to anyone who wishes to buy or sell a home.

Kristy is an ideal realtor. She had an excellent command of the market and so I was able to price my home appropriately. She maintained contact with the lenders, with the potential buyer's realtor, and constructed memos throughout the ever changing process that kept us on top of the changes. She was instantly available throughout the entire process. We could not have hoped for a better realtor.

Kristy knew the area market in great detail. She was accurate in her determination of what our house would sell for and how long it would take to sell it. She was there every step of the way with us to make sure we were able to make informed decisions. She was always available to answer questions and provide her insight, helping us to weigh our options and be comfortable with the sale process. This was the best experience we've had in selling a home in more than 25 years of home ownership and six sales.
