My experience with Kristy Darragh and her staff was as absolutely wonderful. Once Kristy goes to work, it is obvious that she has been in the real estate business for many many years. I was a bit intimidated going into selling a home because is seems like such a daunting task, but Kristy made it easy with the online documents that are easy to sign, and she walks you through EVERYTHING very patiently and kindly. I learned so much about real estate through Kristy Darragh that I feel I could actually become an agent... of course that would be crazy because there is so much more about the business I'm sure I don't know, but no worries.... Kristy does! Can't go wrong with Kristy Darragh. And she has a great sense of humor too!

A lot has changed related to marketing and selling a home compared to when we last did this without a relocation process being involved. Kristy explained everything to us, and NEVER ONCE made us feel that the many questions we asked up front and along the way were bothersome. She and her team helped with a few unconventional requests (such as turning the home alarm on or off when we were unavailable). It was a great pleasure working with Kristy and her team, and we are absolutely convinced that her expertise and knowledge helped bring the deal to completion.
