When I first began the process of buying a house, I was extremely nervous and scared. I didn't have a good experience when I tried in the past so it left me feeling uneasy. When I became in contact with Jay, it was an entirely different experience. Jay was such a great realtor. He was more than a realtor. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and explained every thing in a way I could understand. Any questions I had, he always had the answers. If he didn't have the answer, he would make sure to find it. Any time I was concerned or confused, he assisted me with figuring out what I needed to help me feel better about the process. I can say he was there every step of the way. I can't wait to buy another house and use Jay services again. he never abandons his clients. Amazing Job! He will be the person I contact for all my real estate needs.

Working with Jay was literally a dream come true! I contacted him on a random weekday, frustrated with renting and ready to own, but with no clear plan how to do it. By the weekend, he had already taken me on my first house tour! His guidance after that first weekend was invaluable in helping me zero in on exactly what I wanted from a home, which saved me so much time and heartache by not chasing homes that weren't right for me. The next tour happened about a week later, and I'll never forget Jay's face when I walked into the yard...it was the perfect home for me, and Jay knew me well enough to know that! He got everything rolling immediately, working closely with my lender to get an offer submitted just a few hours later, and then we were on our way! Even though we went under contract during the busiest season at my job, Jay was so good at his that I never had to stress or take time off to handle things. His relationships with the other professionals involved were so strong that I rarely had to do much other than sign a few papers here and there. Jay kept me well-informed with every step of the process, and when minor hiccups occurred, his calm demeanor and wise advice kept me sane. This was the first time I had ever even considered buying a house, but I think I may be spoiled now because Jay made the process so incredibly quick and easy! We went from the initial tour to closing day in just over a month, with virtually no headaches in between (at least on my end). I just cannot thank him enough for being the perfect person to help me find the perfect house!

Once we came down to look, he had a set plan that was executed to perfection, and we were able to find our home in a great neighborhood. I contacted Jay for a market analysis. Not only did he provide a great baseline he brought over all comps in the area and included all the upgrades we did. We decided to sign and list and he did not let us down. He ran the open houses and kept me up to date. In 3 days and multiple offers the house was under contract. He did all his homework and made sure the offer we accepted was the best option for us. Jay isn't just my realtor but he is now a good friend. Thanks Jay.
