Jay was so easy to work with. Before we decided to list he broke down all the financial numbers for us and was very quick to get our house on the market as we had already purchased a new home. He was always forthcoming with all information and literally made the house selling process stress free. The market is moving a bit slow right now and we felt we were in great hands with Jay. We will definitely recommend him to anyone we know that is buying or selling a home.
