I have known Jay D'Abramo for several years and worked closely with him in a professional capacity for the majority of that time. Jay is one of the most dedicated, hardworking, business savvy and personable people I've had the pleasure of working with in any capacity. He is also compassionate, kind and quick to assist others, whether it be a coworker, a business associate or someone in need during community service projects. With that in mind, I'm very excited to see Jay following his true passion of helping others accomplish their goals and find total satisfaction in the highly important realm of real estate. Jay's clients will immediately see his enthusiastic drive to find them the perfect home, sell their current home or meet whatever need they have in the real estate market. His education and communications background will be a huge asset in addition to his ability to quickly develop genuine working relationships and create effective marketing initiatives. We would highly recommend Jay if you are looking to buy or sell a house. He went above and beyond in all aspects of our process to sell our home. From putting together a booklet with information on our house and comps from our neighborhood to answering questions we had he was readily available all the time. Jay was knowledgeable about the current market and was able to provide real-time advice and feedback that was helpful in our decision to list our house. After moving, with our house still pending to be sold, Jay really went above and beyond by putting our storm shutters on the house, before a pending hurricane, and also mowed our lawn before the new owners arrived. He is trustworthy and will be truthful with you throughout the process and we would recommend Jay to anyone looking to buy or sell a house! Throughout the process Jay wasn't only our realtor but he became a friend and we were thankful for his advice and level of professionalism and attention to detail!

I've known Jay for about 5 years now and had previously worked with him. When it was time to look for a house, calling Jay was a no brainer. I had seen first hand the type of person Jay is, when he does something he is all in and will not take any short cuts to get the job done right. I know a lot of people will say they have the best realtor, and in some cases they may be right, but many will often start to question things after they have bought or sold a home. See we meet Jay and just wanted to get a market analysis before we decided to sell our home. Now buying this home has been a crazy experience and so many hiccups along the way but not once was Jay unreachable. This man has answered his phone and sent emails all hours of the night for us. He has fought for us every step of the way. He was the middle man when I was to overwhelmed to communicate. Not once did he flinch when we had issues arise. To me you can't have a better friend to fight along side you. So when I say we had the best realtor their is no doubt in my mind that no one could have done it better. Thank you for everything Jay and I'm extremely honored to call you a friend.
