Dylan was simply the best buying agent we could have asked for. He helped us negotiate a fantastic deal with some difficult sellers & looked out for our best interests throughout the entire process. He also leveraged available data & analytics to make sure we were making a sound investment in the neighborhood. There were a lot of hiccups and unexpected surprises throughout this pandemic but Dylan handled them with aplomb. Since we are new to the area, he also let us utilize his vast network of contacts in order to get the best home insurance, contractors, etc. We would 100% recommend using Dylan for all of your real estate needs and hope to work with him again in the future.

Dylan was wonderful to work with from the time we met him (virtually) till closing. We were relocating from a different state and he was very flexible to our needs and put in a lot of consideration in the houses he chose to show us virtually. He was very patient with us throughout the process and gave great advice. When meeting Dylan he very professional and knowledgeable about the market, the area and anything I asked him. He is outstanding at his job and would highly recommend him.

My realtor, Dylan Libadisos, was simply amazing. Knowledgeable about the whole process (including areas that didn't apply to him), patience explaining it all to me (I'm a first time home buyer that didn't know anything at all about the process) and available at all times to answer any questions or show houses. Such a wonderful first time home buying experience with Dylan. In terms of feed back there is none for Dylan or Florida Executive Realty, but rather, the lending company, Caliber. Jeff Jennings was nothing but snappy dialogue, attitude problems, no patience and no customer service skills. Dylan on the other hand, was so awesome that when all was said and done I told him I wished he was somehow my realtor, lender and title company all in one!
