My realtor, Dylan Libadisos, was simply amazing. Knowledgeable about the whole process (including areas that didn't apply to him), patience explaining it all to me (I'm a first time home buyer that didn't know anything at all about the process) and available at all times to answer any questions or show houses. Such a wonderful first time home buying experience with Dylan. In terms of feed back there is none for Dylan or Florida Executive Realty, but rather, the lending company, Caliber. Jeff Jennings was nothing but snappy dialogue, attitude problems, no patience and no customer service skills. Dylan on the other hand, was so awesome that when all was said and done I told him I wished he was somehow my realtor, lender and title company all in one!

Dylan was refers to us and we very much enjoyed working with him. From our first phone conversation he wanted to learn about our wants, needs, likes, dislikes. He was aware of our timeline and kept us apprised of homes coming to market. He NEVER wasted our time with unsuitable listings. In the end he found us our ultimate dream home.
