We were originally referred to Dylan as we were looking to buy outside of Tampa. We were amazed & happy that Dylan was familiar with not only the Tampa area, but areas from St. Pete/Clearwater to & including Pasco County, where we eventually bought a condo. Looking & finding a condo that fit our wants & needs required lots of patience. Dylan had not only the patience, but pointed out plusses & minuses of the properties in which we expressed interests. Approaching the finish line to closing, a few days prior to closing, we hit a few obstacles (which Dylan had nothing to do with) that Dylan worked diligently to iron out. We went to closing with a 1 day extension. I would not hesitate for 1 second to recommend Dylan for your real estate needs. He knows the markets, the areas, & offers great suggestions because he takes the time to learn your wants & needs!

We could not have been happier working with Dylan on our vacation home purchase! He is prompt and always responsive, very professional and extremely knowledge about varying locations, and the current market. We were out of town buyers and he walked multiple homes for us, included us via video, and provided very accurate, thorough assessments of the properties for us. We changed direction during our search and he quickly, (and without any frustration), met with us to understand our new vision, adjusted our search criteria and quickly found us a home that fit our needs. Dylan handled both the purchase of our new home and the simultaneous renting out of our former home. Both processes met every date along the way and frankly required virtually zero input from us. Dylan was always ahead making sure that documents were submitted, interim deadlines were met, etc. to ensure timely closings and timely move in/move outs, which all happened as planned. From our perspective, the entire process was on autopilot. We realize that there is great deal of action required behind the scenes to create that perception and we know that it was because of Dylan's efforts that everything seemed so easy. It is very much appreciated.

Dylan was excellent. He always would help and provide practical solutions when issues would arise in the buying process. Dylan was pleasant and professional. We were very pleased with how hard he worked for us. We would definitely recommend Dylan to any friends, family or coworkers looking for an agent when buying or selling a home. The only issue I have is the $295 fee that goes to Florida Executive Realty for absolutely no reason.
