Dylan is cooler than the other side of the pillow. Dylan provides excellent direction, and takes the stress out of the real estate transaction. I could speak frankly with him, and he knew exactly my needs to the extent that we could see houses very quickly and move onto the one that we eventually bought. Dylan is Johnny on the spot with communication also. Text, email and voice were all very responsive and thorough. Five stars
