During this process, which for us lasted quite a number of months, Dylan has been 100% responsive every time I needed to contact him. His manner was and continues to be very patient, and accommodating. I have no hesitation in recommending Dylan who has demonstrated his qualities as an excellent realtor and person.

Dylan was excellent. He always would help and provide practical solutions when issues would arise in the buying process. Dylan was pleasant and professional. We were very pleased with how hard he worked for us. We would definitely recommend Dylan to any friends, family or coworkers looking for an agent when buying or selling a home. The only issue I have is the $295 fee that goes to Florida Executive Realty for absolutely no reason.

He took the time to understand what I was looking for, put me at ease with some of my questions and was on top of all communication with all parties involved. He went above and beyond what I would consider to be the role of the real estate agent. He made what I believe was a complicated process seem very smooth. It has been a pleasure working with Dylan Libadisos. We live in Ohio and while visiting Florida during the winter we connected with Dylan. Dylan was available anytime we asked to show us trailers, houses, condos. Once we left for our Ohio home the search for our perfect winter home was not put on hold. Dylan went to many homes did video walk throughs with us. When he found the perfect place he went above and beyond duty to help us close on our new condo.
