I really could not have asked for anything more from Dylan and Florida Executive Realty. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, put me at ease with some of my questions and was on top of all communication with all parties involved. He went above and beyond what I would consider to be the role of the real estate agent. He made what I believe was a complicated process seem very smooth. It has been a pleasure working with Dylan Libadisos. We live in Ohio and while visiting Florida during the winter we connected with Dylan. Dylan was available anytime we asked to show us trailers, houses, condos. Once we left for our Ohio home the search for our perfect winter home was not put on hold. Dylan went to many homes did video walk throughs with us. When he found the perfect place he went above and beyond duty to help us close on our new condo. Dylan was simply the best buying agent we could have asked for. He helped us negotiate a fantastic deal with some difficult sellers & looked out for our best interests throughout the entire process. He also leveraged available data & analytics to make sure we were making a sound investment in the neighborhood. There were a lot of hiccups and unexpected surprises throughout this pandemic but Dylan handled them with aplomb. Since we are new to the area, he also let us utilize his vast network of contacts in order to get the best home insurance, contractors, etc. We would 100% recommend using Dylan for all of your real estate needs and hope to work with him again in the future.

Dylan was wonderful to work with from the time we met him (virtually) till closing. We were relocating from a different state and he was very flexible to our needs and put in a lot of consideration in the houses he chose to show us virtually.
