Additionally, there was never a time she was not available for questions, suggestions and keeping us confident in reaching our goal...and thereby keeping our stress level at a minimum. Dee is by far the most knowledgeable and understanding person I have ever spoken to in regards to the home purchasing process. Dee sold our daughter's home in less than a week and we needed to move back to Indiana. She suggested Dee who was the most timely person in all her efforts to satisfy our needs and provided information required to obtain results. We are an older retired couple and needed help with signing unfamiliar needs which required written copies and Dee was prompt with all. Dee certainly made our experience a joy.

It's taken me a while to try and put into words how I feel about Dee. She takes her role as a realtor way past the expectations of someone helping you buy or sell your home. When I purchased my home with Dee she was absolutely amazing! You will be able to trust that she will deliver accurate and timely information through the entire process. She will fight to make sure you are treated fairly and give her honest opinion even if it's not what you want to hear. Where Dee really showed her true colors was after the sell. I had issues with my new build and was getting no help from the builder. I reached out to Dee and she immediately reached out to the builder and got things handled! It felt really good knowing that even though she had made her sell and could have easily washed her hands of the situation, she fought for me. Over the next 3 years I found myself in a position where I had to sell the new home I purchased. With having little to no equity in the property, trying to sell would leave me out of pocket thousands of dollars. Again, expecting nothing, Dee was right there for me to bounce ideas off and talk through the situation over the years. After 3 years we were finally in a position to sell. Dee had the house on the market in a matter of days! Had multiple offers and was able to close within about 25 days! I will forever be thankful to have met and worked with Dee. Thank you Dee so much!

My wife and I needed to sell our home in New Tampa as we were relocating to Alabama with my job. Dee made several suggestions before we put our home on the market. We spent the next two weeks getting our home ready to be listed. Dee had an extensive list of building traits that were fair, on-time, and professional. Dee kept us very informed in every step in the process. I am a sales manager and everything in my industry is about service. We just couldn't believe it that everything she said would happen actually did!! Our home sold in 7 hours on the first day of listing. I have never written a review about a realtor before because so many times they fall short of expectation. I would highly recommend Dee to anyone who is wanting to buy/sell a home. She is the Best!!

Well Dee did it again. We decided now was the time to sell our house and build on some land. All I feel like we had to do was pick up the phone and call her! She took care of the rest! She truly makes this normally stressful time, seamless. She answered our questions before we even had to ask. We would recommend Dee 1000 times over! She IS the best. Thank you Dee for everything!
