Dee is always professional in attitude and appearance. She is prompt for meetings and returns texts, emails and calls very quickly. Her advice and negotiation skills led my husband and I to sell our house for a price that exceeded our expectations, as well purchase a new home well under asking price. In essence she made us money and saved us money because of her tremendous knowledge of the housing market. I would recommend Dee's services to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home. She really has you, her client, best interests in mind with all of her advice and guidance. She made the process of selling our home while simultaneously purchasing a new home a smooth and stress free experience.

My Husband and I were relocating from NY to the Tampa area and looked into buying a townhome. We were connected with Dee and boy are we glad we got to work with her. Dee was on point for everything and went above and beyond her duties to help us out. I had told her a little of what we wanted and she found exactly what we wanted in the first shot. We thought the process moving and buying a house from another state was going to be a hard one but Dee made it flawless. We will always refer to anyone who is looking for real estate and we look forward to working with her again when we plan to move into a bigger house. In my opinion, Dee is the ultimate realtor. I have bought and sold numerous properties in the past and my experience with Dee has been the most pleasant. Her level of professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market and procedures far exceeds any other realtor I have ever I have ever dealt with in the past. She has a great personality and truly listens to her client's concerns and acts accordingly. Dee provided a comprehensive initial consultation, set expectations, and had our home listed and under contract within a week for more than we expected. She was well prepared and exhibited superior negotiating skills to ensure our home appraised for asking price. Dee was there for us every step of the way from our home listing to closing. She also applied the same extraordinary service with the purchase of or new home. She was always available and responded in a timely manner regarding any concerns we had in connection with our home sell and new purchase and proactively intervened to resolve issues that arose thru out the process. Dee will definitely be our go to realtor for any future real estate needs and will be referred by us to all our family and acquaintances. We truly believe that we found a fantastic realtor, great person and new friend.
