In the past, I've had experiences with other realtors, however, I have to comment that I have never had such a positive experience selling a property as a did with Ms. Dee Strom and her team at Florida Executive Realty. The process, from beginning through the end was a "case study" on how a professional realtor should conduct business. Ms. Strom, kept us informed throughout the process, providing up to date market conditions, property comparisons and knowledgeable recommendations. Her professional manner, knowledge , and interest in our complete satisfaction with the process is to be admired. It was such a pleasure to deal with her and I highly recommend her to anyone. Ms. Strom is an asset to your organization. A 'Big" thank you goes out to 'Dee' and to the team at Florida Executive Realty. My only regret is that I did not engage your services in a more timely manner.

Making the decision to sell your home and buy a home for us was nerve wracking. We were looking for someone that could sell our house quick and find us the home of our dreams. She had our home, which wasn't in an area that was booming like some, and had our home under contract in 12 days! She quickly helped us find our new home and even closed in less than 30 days! She is on top of it! There wasn't any question she couldn't answer or find the answer too. Very quick on her emails/calls/texts. We seriously couldn't have asked for a better realtor! She made this entire process enjoyable when a lot of the time can be very stressful! THANK YOU, DEE!!!

What I most appreciated about my experience purchasing my house with Dee is that when she told me that I could contact her with any questions or recommendations, even after closing, that she truly meant it. I was relocating from across the country, which adds an additional layer of stress and logistics on top of a traditional local real estate transaction. Dee made herself available to provide guidance, tips, and advice to navigate the differences in real estate transactions from my prior state vs Florida and helped make the transition smoother than expected by having to do lists, timelines, etc to facilitate the process. Dee is a customer oriented service professional that will be honest, straightforward, and efficient. She never made me feel like any question was silly or any concern was too small. I felt respected, appreciated, and that she always had my best interests as her priority.
