A friend recommended Mr. Dave Maks to help me find a home. Dave exceeded all expectations and demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. He is honest, knowledgeable & he always had my best interest. Not only did he find me an amazing home, but he walked me through the whole process of getting settled in, including helping me w/ any maintenance issues. For those who read this testimonial please understand that I do not normally do this. I am a person who expects competence and follow-thru. Attention to details with a hint of personality would also be a plus When you purchase a home it can be stressful. A knowledgeable caretaker is necessary in reducing this burden overload. I moved from Massachusetts with my lovely wife and was looking for a realtor from scratch with this expectation. Your probably saying "good luck with that". A close family member recommended Dave along with another individual. The other person didn't call back in any timely manner and sold homes as a side deal. That person was crossed off my list. I received a call from Dave the same day I reached out to him. With a friendly and approachable demeanor I soon realized I truly had the cream of the crop! He interviewed a realtor that would help me sell my home in New England. How about that! Before he actually got to work with me on a home in Tampa Bay he helped me to get my house sold up North with another realtor, incredible! We met about 5 weeks later after tremendous anticipation and conversations. In one day, a Sunday, he took me to several properties and in short order we put in an offer. We got into a bidding war and his counseling was valuable in this critical period. His experience combined with humor and calm allowed me to listen better and trust even more. I trust nobody! He got us our new home in Tampa. I want everyone who is reading this to know that Dave is exceptional. He is a diamond in the rough along with any other analogy that allows someone to stand out from the crowd. He loves what he does and that speaks volumes doesn't it. In closing, if you can trust, listen and want options and understanding, Dave is your professional. I am wondering why anyone would settle for anything else. I met with Dave Maks from Florida Executive Realty in February of 2019 and told him that I'd like to sell my house with a closing date toward the end of May. He recommended some things to get the house ready to sell and we were able to put the house on the Market the 2nd week of April. During the first week on the market we received numerous showings with multiple offers. By the end of the 1st week we accepted an offer with a closing date of May 28th which was right when I wanted to close when I first spoke to Mr. Maks in February. Mr. Maks worked hard to get us the best price for our house and ensured that all items were addressed so that we were able to close on May 28th. My opinion is that Mr. Maks is the best in the business. Very Professional and Very Knowledgeable. Answered all questions asked and responded to emails, text, and phone calls quickly. I highly recommend Mr. Dave Maks to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
