Dave has been our family realtor and friend since the 90's! He's fantastic! He's great at his job, very knowledgeable and professional. He's probably the best realtor in Florida, we think he is! He's a pleasure to work with-10's across the board! I have always referred him as a realtor to my friends. Great guy and realtor! Thank you so much for all your help, Dave, finally! LOL!

Dave was great! When we moved here from Oregon in August, we weren't sure which area we wanted to live in. He showed us houses until we found the right one and immediately made an offer with a letter to the sellers describing why we would love to live there, including proximity to our granddaughters. Ours wasn't the highest bid, but the sellers accepted it, we believe based on that letter! Dave has guided us through the whole process very thoroughly and is still giving us advice on any issues regarding settling into our home in a new state. We really appreciate all of Dave's help and feel that we have a friend for life!

My wife and I met Dave Maks at an open house. We talked with Dave at length and he shared a lot of knowledge about the home buying process. We enjoyed talking with him so much that we hired him over our previous realtor. Throughout the process of buying a new construction home, Dave was very attentive to our concerns and answered all our questions. He frequently stopped by the property to ensure everything was going according to plan. We are so glad we hired Dave!

My husband and I had not sold a home in over 27 years, so I was surprised at all of the changes that were needed to optimize our sales price. From our initial meeting to the delivery of the check, everything went smoothly. Ellen, who helped us with staging, the photographer and Dave did everything possible to show our home at it's best. Our home sold very quickly and exceeded the price we expected to receive. This move was difficult for us since we had lived in our home for 26 years. Everyone, especially Dave, held our hand through the process. I cannot say how much we appreciated the support. If you want an optimal outcome for your home sale, I would highly recommend Florida Executive Realty. ( I do not have access to attach the video used for our home, but we are willing to allow FER to use it as an example of their work.)
