Dave Maks is a true real estate professional and we are so grateful to have him as our realtor when we purchased our dream home. We met Dave over a year ago and spent time looking for the perfect home throughout the Tampa Bay area and each time Dave provided real value and assistance with not only searching for the right home but making sure that we understand each step of the way from submitting an offer to home inspections and all the way to the closing. As an active duty family, it's especially difficult to move to a new area and find a home so having a good realtor and their knowledge is so important. Working with Dave Maks has been amazing! When purchasing our home (5 years ago) he guided these two first time homebuyers through the very complicated process of buying a home. He knows everything about the process which made it very easy for us to follow his guidance and get the deal done. Fast forward five years later when we want to rent out that home and once again, Dave Maks was there for us. Within seven days of sending him an email saying that we wanted to rent out the house... we had a well-qualified renter that wanted the house fully furnished at our asking price... that is exactly the deal we wanted!
