Working with Dave Maks has been amazing! When purchasing our home (5 years ago) he guided these two first time homebuyers through the very complicated process of buying a home. He knows everything about the process which made it very easy for us to follow his guidance and get the deal done. Fast forward five years later when we want to rent out that home and once again, Dave Maks was there for us. Within seven days of sending him an email saying that we wanted to rent out the house... we had a well-qualified renter that wanted the house fully furnished at our asking price... that is exactly the deal we wanted! I highly recommend Dave Maks & Florida Executive Realty!

We had issues with the first realtors response so Dave Maks was reassigned to us. He was so great right from the beginning, I can't even name all the ways he went over and above to help us and in the end we found the perfect home in the neighborhood he recommended highly to us based on our wants and needs.
