We had issues with the first realtors response so Dave Maks was reassigned to us. He was so great right from the beginning, I can't even name all the ways he went over and above to help us and in the end we found the perfect home in the neighborhood he recommended highly to us based on our wants and needs. We worked with Dave Maks and we had a great experience. My wife and I are first time home buyers and Dave really took the time to explain the process every step of the way. He gave us great advice and recommendations based on his experience and his broad network of experts. Being CPAs, we naturally asked a lot of questions along the way and Dave was very patient and understanding. He answered our questions thoroughly and timely.
