Fantastic realtors both Todd and Barbara are handling my sell. They had a lot of issues to deal with and they handled everything!! Definitely use Todd and Barbara if you are selling or buying. I don't know what I would have done without them! They got me over asking price and appraisal.

Todd and Barb were wonderful in helping us sell our house. They were so kind and understanding and hung in there with us when we were looking to see if friends of ours were able to find a way to buy our house. When it became obvious it was not going to work for our friends, they immediately pivoted to aggressively market our property and helped us set a fair market price. They were there for us with helpful suggestions through the negotiations with the eventual buyers. They were patient with our buyers and very thorough and timely in responding to all their questions. The buyer's concerns were coordinated with the professionals necessary to address the items identified in the agreement of sale. They are an amazing team and we consider ourselves very blessed to have them as our realtors. We would highly recommend them to others!

Todd and Barbara Allen are absolutely wonderful realtors. They are super easy to work with, incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of house selling/buying, and simply fun to be around in general. Communication between us was excellent -- they were always reachable, responded promptly, addressed any and all questions we had (and there were many, many questions), and Todd even kept in touch during parts of the process where it wasn't needed just to make sure everything was still good. Finding realtors whose advice and recommendations you can trust is so important and we absolutely recommend Todd and Barb for both their skills and their integrity. They made what is normally a ridiculously stressful process rather pleasant and straightforward, we can't imagine having worked with anyone else!

Barb and Todd were amazing!! We switched from a different realtor after being frustrated and feeling unheard. We purchased a home from out of state. Barb and Todd were exceptionally accommodating. They checked in constantly and made sure we had everything we needed. We even ended up closing early which really helped our tight moving schedule. To say they went above and beyond for us is an understatement. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home!
