Todd and Barb helped me to Find the perfect home! As a first time homebuyer who knew the neighborhood I wanted I was slightly picky and they were patient and understanding, helping me to stay within my price range even when I wanted to stretch it a bit and once we found one I liked that met all me needs they helped me to secure it and make it mine! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

First of all, there is no doubt that Barb is a very wonderful person as well as an excellent realtor! I have worked closely with her for about a year and a half in the same hospital before she started her journey in real estate. Therefore, I have already known her personality, work ethics, and professionalism. I trust her to the fullest! Without second thought, my wife and I chose her as our realtor both house sale and new purchase. Her hubby, Todd, who is a seasoned realtor and also works at Florida Executive Realty, has been a valuable bonus for us and helped us out a great deal throughout the whole process. Barb provided us with great suggestions, and recommendations so that we could make wise decisions. She answered all our questions (including silly ones) with patience. She is always available for us throughout the process of buying & selling and even after closing. She was always in touch with us providing new listings and updating with changes in a timely fashion. She responded to our calls/ texts/ emails within 10-15 minutes, even at midnight. Barb was so quick to arrange viewing of many houses of our choice and tagged along with us without any hesitation. I remembered one time, we went to view 6 houses in one afternoon! She guided us with useful tips as we evolved our criteria in house hunting. When we finally found our dream home, Barb worked very quickly in negotiating the price to help us secure it. I remember we were talking on the phone till 11:30 pm. Then, she helped us with each and every process including inspection, appraisal and coordinating with loan officer, title company. Basically, we just needed to focus on choosing the house we want. In regards to the house we sold, she took care of everything on our behalf including repair, cleaning, lawn, etc. She kept us up-to-date with the listing, showings, walk-throughs, feedback from potential buyers, and all negotiations. We signed the final contract in 3 weeks and there was even no need to run open houses. Both transactions went very smoothly, thanks to Barb and we had a really satisfactory experience! We never felt like an agent-client relationship. She has become our lifelong FRIEND and so as Todd. Therefore, without any reservation, we STRONGLY recommend Barb (and/or Todd) and Florida Executive Realty to everyone!

Barb assisted us with both buying and selling a house simultaneously. She was always available for us, during as well as after we closed on a house. We received daily updates on properties that came on the market and price changes through the automated program that Barb set up for us. She immediately responded to our viewing requests and was very patient while we established exactly what we were looking for in a new home. We asked her a ton of questions every day (some meaningful and a few silly questions) and she patiently answered each of those - in most cases she went one step further to provide additional context for us to understand things better. This made our transaction very smooth! When we finally found the perfect home she worked very fast to make sure we would land it at the price we wanted. She handled negotiating the entire deal very well and helped us coordinate all the other aspects of appraisals, inspections, and other services. We listed our home at the beginning of the year after meeting with Barb and Todd and discussing the strategy for putting our home on the market. The entire process, from listing to closing, took just over one month. A huge success is evidence of selling at the right time, but also is evidence of how important it is to have a professional team with an effective game plan. We are strongly recommend Barb to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We worked with Barb Allen to sell our home and we can't speak highly enough of our experience with her. She always followed up and checked in with us on a regular basis. Her response time in getting back to us anytime we called was incredible. From the time we contacted her until the time we closed, she treated us like we were her only client she had and selling our house was her main goal. She gave us sound advise and all decisions were ours with no pressure. She made the entire selling process easy and smooth. She had a detailed plan of the things we needed to do in preparation for selling our home. She knew how to maximize our property value so we can receive top dollar for our house. She took care of everything for us from the painter to landscaper. Her selling price analysis was a precise exercise and this resulted in a final sale closed to our asking price. The house was also sold in less than a month. We just could not say enough thanks to Barb (and Todd).
