His knowledge and experience in the real estate industry is impressive based on the many homes that he sold in the past. He provided us with concise explanations to all of our questions, whether it was in person, on the telephone or from e-mail. Second, he demonstrated outstanding organizational skills that allowed us to sell our home even though we moved out of state. He e-mailed us all of the real estate contracts immediately and provided mobile notary services to certify the official closing and sale of the house. He always added personal rapport to every conversation in a professional, straightforward manner. We were so glad we had Todd and Barb selling our houses for us. We had a rental and our own home to sell in order to move to North Carolina. They were always available to answer questions. They set up the open house on a weekend and we had a decision to make by the following Monday. For both houses we had a signed contract on the following Monday. Todd and Barb work so well together as a couple. It was great having input from both of them. We now have our money in the bank waiting to make a purchase in North Carolina.
