Our agents, Todd & Barb Allen, were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They literally treated us like family, not just a client. They made the whole process, which can be frustrating, nerve-racking and overwhelming at times, as calm and smooth as possible and we could not have done it without their help. Not only will I be referring them to anyone I know, I already have! They helped my daughter and son-in-law buy a townhouse a few years ago and just recently helped my future son-in-law buy one as well. For me to trust someone to guide my own children says it all. Todd was amazing. He made one of the most stressful times in my life go so smoothly. He went above and beyond! For example what other realtor would take the time to get to know my dog and walk my dog for me. Pick up my mail and brush up a fallen plant. Above all Todd guided me and I would recommend him to everyone. Todd walks in faith every day as a realtor. I will only use Todd again when I move next time.
