For the first time in over a decade, our family began the home search process. We were fortunate to have the assistance of our parents who own a real estate company. Since they live a couple of hours away, we did most of the house hunting and were bitterly disappointed by the lack of property knowledge of various listing agents. That all changed when we met Tim Diehl, while touring the home that would eventually become ours. Tim was the seller's agent, but that didn't stop him from assisting us every step of the way. He always had the answers to my questions and was happy to help, wherever he could. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, he clearly cared about the process going well for his seller and us! Tim did an excellent job selling my home. He expedited the process and expertly navigated issues that arose. When repairs were needed to fix defects he was there to give contractors access to the home so I didn't have to take time off from work. He even sold the washer and dryer that the buyers didn't want. I would certainly recommend Tim to anybody looking for an attentive and professional real estate agent.
