From there it was an easy process with the documents and the communication with the seller was really good through my realtor. Tim was recommended by a colleague based on his expertise with downtown Tampa real estate, particularly condos. Although we were just "exploring options," we loved the second place he showed us--a condo under construction. We bought in, but it turned out to be a complex situation with multiple delays and other issues on the part of the developer. Tim stuck with and supported us all the way through the closing 13 months later. He later helped my elderly dad look for housing options as well. We recommend him without reservation.
