Tim Diehl was my realtor for the recent sale of my condo in downtown Tampa. Working with Tim was so easy, and he made the entire process seamless. Tim is extremely responsive by phone and email, which is a must when buying or selling. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable regarding the local real estate market. In addition, when there were some minor changes needed to my condo following the buyers' inspection, Tim was instrumental in getting everything done in a timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend him as an excellent realtor!

Tim was so helpful throughout the entire process of us preparing for a cross country move and selling our condo. It was the second time we used Tim as our realtor and there was no doubt that we had to use him again because of the trust we gained from the years prior so we knew he would handle everything so wonderfully. We had only a few weeks left in the Tampa area due to a job relocation, and when we called Tim, he was able to set up an appointment with us in hours to begin the sale procedures; including directing his team to take incredible photos that led to multiple viewings within a day of our place being listed. Tim has so much experience in Tampa so he knows the area and not only where our condo was located but all of the ins and outs in the neighborhoods from South Tampa to Carrollwood. He was available at all times via text or phone to answer any questions we had - he even offered to help us pack up our cars prior to the move. I consider Tim a friend and not just our realtor.

My husband and I worked with Tim to buy a condo and sell a home. Both experiences exceeded expectations. Tim is hard-working, an advocate for his clients, and has an ability to help people identify what will be a good fit for them. He also knows Tampa, especially South Tampa, very well, having lived in several different parts of the city himself. Below are specific experiences. 1. Buying a condo: While we knew that we wanted to downsize, we did not have a good sense of what we specifically wanted. Tim set up several sit down meetings with us to learn more about our lifestyle and wants/needs. He then took us to a variety of different types of settings/condos to allow us to compare and contrast different options. He saved the best for last - the home he thought would be a perfect fit for us and he was right! The purchasing process was very smooth and Tim facilitated all of the negotiations, inspections, etc. He made clear different steps of the process and continued to check in on how things were progressing as we made some renovations before moving in. 2. Selling a house: We had a house on Davis Island. Tim meticulously went through the house with us to identify issues that we needed to fix, better stage the house (e.g., moving furniture, hanging more art), and keeping us up to date on all the activities for showings, open houses, etc. He personally spent time helping us fix up some issues, secured experts (e.g., electrician) for some issues, and would come meet them if we were unable to do so because of work. He really went above and beyond. When an issue came up with the buyers lending agency, Tim worked with the buyer's realtor to help sort everything out. We highly and unreservedly recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, honest, and also, as it turns out, an amazing drummer!
