Very recently, Sarah helped me sell my townhouse on Tranquility Way in Tampa. This is a crazy market and we had a difficult buyer - even with an all cash, "no inspection" / "no contingency" deal. Through everything, Sarah was professional, responsive and always made me fell like I was a valued client. She is super level headed, set reasonable expectations (always following through), and really helped me to focus on the big picture to find the best approach every step of the way (from setting price, to reviewing offers and dealing with the demands of the buyer post contract, all the way through to closing - and confirming that the buyers actually completed closing!!). She staged my home beautifully and represented the property well. In a world of mediocre service and "complaint" culture, I wanted to share with you that Sarah is the real deal and does a great job! She is a gem! Also, when I called the office to request your email address, I spoke with someone named Bev who was helpful, professional, and had a smile in her voice. In my limited experience, you have wonderful people in your organization who really are client and solution focused. That is not easy these days! Nicely done!

She was always on time for appointments, had wonderful suggestions about getting the place ready to show and helped us find the right contractors, if possible. We would highly recommend Sarah for all your real estate needs! We initially had another realtor and it turned out to be a bad experience with no legitimate offers on our house so we made a change and listed with Sarah Clark of Florida Executive Realty. Sarah came in and made a couple of small recommendations and changes she felt would help sell the house and went above and beyond to help us to complete those changes.
