Todd was very helpful, knowledgeable about the whole process. Little things, miscues occurred which were not on his part but caused a little anxiety ie) sign for house arrived early morning of open house when was to have been posted sooner. He gave good feedback on what needed to be done to the house to get ready to sell, calmed my nerves and answered questions in a timely manner, followed up quickly to texts and emails. Thank you.

Todd was very personable and very responsive. I have owned several homes and have real estate background myself so I am aware I can be more demanding. Todd was very patient and accommodating while I tried to find a home to fit the needs of my family.
