I had the pleasure of meeting Rose and Gary Mays through my girlfriend Lori in August of 2016. We were looking to purchase a house. The Mays' were tremendous in terms of presenting places for us to build our house. Eventually, we decided on the Promenade at Lake Park. Rose and Gary were with us when we met with the Calatlantic Salesman, Trey Downard. They went the extra mile in negotiations, and the contract was signed on 8/7/16. They were with us at the Design Studio, helping us with the upgrades. Finally, after our house was completed, we were at the Corporate Office for the closing.
