Todd and Barb Allen are simply the best! From the moment we contacted them about listing our home until the day of closing, we could not have had a better experience. They are professional, knowledgable and always only a phone call or text away from answering any questions we had. There's nobody else I'd recommend when it comes to buying or selling a home in the Tampa Bay Area!

I would recommend Todd Allen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is extremely accessible, honest and easy to talk to. He explained the entire process in terms we understood and maintained an open line of communication throughout. We are extremely happy with the service we received from Todd Allen and the Executive Realty Group!

Our experience with Todd Allen handling the sale of our house in Brandon was superior in every way. From the way Todd handled everything- listing, feedback, fairness, conscientiousness, repairs to our house, closing- he exhibited that it is his profession but also a calling. We would hire Todd again today if we had another house to sell.

Todd and his wife Barb were both amazing! They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions from beginning to end. They helped in my home search and stuck to my requirements as if they were their own. They are very personable and go above and beyond in every way. They were always on top of searches, quick to react, and willing to meet/talk at almost any time of day. I will recommend them to everyone i know that is ever looking to purchase a home. Florida Executive Realty is extremely fortunate to have such great people on their team. Thank you so very much!

Selling a home can be uncertain and unsettling, but with Todd's knowledge of market the whole process was made painless and easy. Todd provided exceptional service during these times of curfews, PPE and self isolation. The entirety of my transaction was done online, from first listing to final closing. I highly recommend Todd for any real estate transaction. Thank you Todd!

Todd & his team were outstanding. Very knowledgeable & took time to explain every step of our listing/selling process. He was excellent at keeping us updated & answered some questions before we even thought to ask. He was very busy but somehow made us feel like we were the only clients. I trusted him and appreciated his integrity & commitment to being the best at what he does. We couldn't be happier.
