My experience with Wendy Ross, Kyle Barone and the team at Florida Executive Realty was nothing short of amazing. If there was a text book case study on how a home real estate transaction should be, I have to admit.. mine was it! Wendy is the consummate real estate professional. Her deep knowledge of the local market combined with a keen focus on the business of real estate was an instant comfort and a reassurance that I made the right choice. As any good leader, she has outstanding support, namely Kyle Barone. Kyle is awesome: highly service minded, unflappable and a joy to work with. I found that to really maximize their commitment to sell my home, that it was necessary that I be as committed as they were to the process. Yes, as a homeowner this should be a compact with your realtor! You have to do the work, heavy lifting, neutralize your home, do the repairs and be ready for 'game day'. Guess what? It worked! I am delighted.. over-the-moon happy about my experience with Wendy and team. Thank you, I lived in Westchase for 20 years, this was my second home and the transaction was flawless.
