If you are looking for someone who is thorough, well prepared, communicates timely and effectively and keeps you informed during the whole process, you can check all the boxes. From suggestions on what to do in prep of listing through signing, she is there the entire process. If I lived in Tampa Bay area, would not use anyone else. Period.

Angela asked us intelligent questions, shared valuable information and put a solid plan in place since we were out of state buyers. She executed that plan flawlessly by putting together an aggressive agenda since we would only be in town for a short time. From day 1 until closing, everything went flawlessly. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable about what needs to be done to your home in order for others to see it in the best possible way. She walks with you through every step of the process and never seems to mind questions. She knows the area and she knows the market. She is so easy to work with and very responsive. When you are buying a home she really wants to understand your needs so she can help find the best neighborhoods and houses. There is absolutely nothing negative that I could say about her during any phase of the process. She is the best!

Wendy was absolutely phenomenal throughout our entire home buying process, from our very first meeting to get to know each other all the way up-to (and through) closing. She was always extremely attentive and willing to explain the complicated processes to us and what she thought would work out best in the long run. There was never a question or issue that popped up that she didn't have a well thought-out, detailed answer to which always made us feel very comfortable. Wendy is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market, and in today's market her experience counts more than ever. More importantly for us, she was also extremely patient and a guiding light as we worked through the challenging process of finding, selecting, and closing on the RIGHT home for US. Her availability was constant, communicating with us from her vacation when necessary and often sending us home information or contract documents from a laptop in her car on the side of a road somewhere. If she couldn't assist us in a given moment, Melissa or someone from her team jumped in immediately. Did I mention the times she went to a home for us to do a FaceTime tour since we were buying from out of town? Perhaps the best thing I can say is this: if the time ever comes to sell this home and buy another, there is no question that Wendy will represent us again.
