I never leave reviews, but I have to with Dylan. If it wasn't for him, I don't think my husband and I would be homeowners right now. We looked at so many houses. A few we wanted to buy but Dylan pointed out defects or flaws that I didn't notice. I wonder if another agent would have sold us anything to get rid of us. Dylan is professional, replied to my email, text or phone call in a timely manner and patient. When it was time to make the offer and negotiate, he was amazing. We just let him do his job and finished the deal. He remembers everything which helped in the process, so I did not have to repeat myself. We are so glad we're not paying rent!
