Wendy Ross is the best! She showed us many properties over a 6 month period before we found the ideal new home. For each property Wendy automatically provided the disclosures, floor plans, all listing information, etc to help us in assessing each one. We're very picky and she was always patient and accommodating. Once we found the house, Wendy guided us through the offer, negotiations, and closing process. It was a much less painful process than the last time we bought a house (Wendy was not our agent then). We highly recommend Wendy Ross to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Tampa Bay Area!
