Brenda was very confident the house would sell quickly and at the price she thought it would. She kept us informed during the entire process. I was out of town most of this process and Brenda made sure my wife was up to date. From the beginning of the process to the end Brenda was there to make us feel at ease as we sold our house after 24 years. She gave great suggestions on staging and was there until we closed. Not many people are faced with needing to move four times in less than eight years, but such was the case for our family. We met Brenda Rider when we first moved to Florida from Virginia back in 2013. Our first experience was so positive that when we needed to move again a couple years later, she was the first person we thought to call.....and again, and again.... as our family and life changed over the years, so did our needs.
